Bob has spent almost three decades in precision design and graphics and is President and CEO of IMSI/Design. Bob co-founded the original IMSI in 1983 and helped take the company public in 1988 (NASD:IMSF), serving on its board and building the company’s executive, development, and sales infrastructure. Bob has been involved with many industry associations over the years, including Open Design Alliance (ODA), IntelliCAD Technical Consortium (ITC), and COFES, and currently serves on IMSI/Design's board.
Bob received a B.A. degree (1976) in Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a M.S. degree (1979) in Fisheries Biology from the University of Washington.
Jack is a Founder and Managing Director of Greyhawk and he serves as a Senior Advisor to Hellman & Friedman, LLC ("H&F"), a private equity firm based in San Francisco. Prior to founding Greyhawk in 2006, Jack was a Managing Director and member of the Investment and Executive Committees of H&F. Jack began his work at H&F in 1988 and was responsible for investments with a cost of approximately $1.3 billion and a realized value in excess of $4.5 billion. Prior to joining H&F, Jack worked for TA Associates, a Boston venture capital firm, from 1984 to 1988 and for Lehman Brothers from 1980 to 1982. He has been a director of numerous private and public companies and currently serves as a director of Arch Capital Group, Ltd., NIC, Inc., several Greyhawk portfolio companies, and The Community School in Sun Valley, ID.
Jack received a B.A. degree in International Relations from Stanford University (1980) and an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School (1984).
Will is a Founder and Managing Director of Greyhawk Capital Management.
Prior to founding Greyhawk in 2006, Will was an equity research analyst in the New York and London offices of Credit Suisse from 1995-2001. While at Credit Suisse, he covered major energy companies, and then IT Services companies, achieving a #1 ranking in the Reuters Portfolio Manager Survey and a #2 ranking in Institutional Investor. He started his career at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in the firm's investment training program (1993-1995). On the industry side, Will has been the General Manager of Eye Safety Systems (2002-2003) and Direct Sales Manager at Smith Optics (2002). He currently serves as a director of three of Greyhawk's portfolio companies, IMSI/Design, Serra Energy Holdings, and Venga Ventures.
Will received a B.A. degree in American Civilization from Middlebury College (1991).
Andrew has 25 years senior management experience in technology growth companies with responsibility for all major functions including, sales, marketing, development, operations, and finance. He has been the CEO and/or president of two public companies and six private venture backed companies and has negotiated and managed the sale of three companies to large public companies.
Andrew has extensive sales and marketing experience in consumer Internet, enterprise software and services as well as consumer software and hardware. He has built traditional and newly emerging consumer channels, including the Internet, network and affinity marketing and has created and managed new brands, expanded consumer and installed base awareness of existing brands and developed successful joint ventures and business alliances.
Andrew received a B.S. degree in Business and Economics from Lehigh University (1976) and received a M.B.A. degree from Stanford University (1982).
